At Trinity Clinic, we offer therapy to support children, adolescents and adults experiencing mental health problems and functional challenges; physical or emotional. 

We follow NICE guidelines and HCPC Professional Standards. Our reports are accepted by the NHS and DWP. We also accept DWP Access to Work funding for ADHD Coaching.

Our licenced therapists work with you to work towards goals and provide techniques for you to manage your day to day life, through Trauma Informed Care. We can support you to gain new skills through activity a use cognitive behavioural approaches to support your emotional well-being. 

Assessments may be through interview, functional assessment or during an activity. 

Caregiver and family reports are used where neccessary, to support the assessment process. 

The DIVA-5 assessment teamed with other assessment tools are used to identify and to diagnose ADHD, in line with NICE clinical guidelines. 

We also offer workplace assessments for employee well-being and training on neurodivergence, enabling employers to support their team, increase productivity, staff retention and decrease employee absences. 

At Trinity we offer coaching, talking therapies, grades activities and design interventions based on goals and priorities. We also use the community to support some of our interventions. 

We draw on a range of therapies including graded exposure, art, play, Yoga, mindfulness, energy conservation, CBT-i, Solution Focused Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. 

Therapy looks different for everyone; for some its exercises for rehab, games for cognitive rehabilitation, coaching and exploring thinking skills or sensory based activity. Therapists focus on needs and goals and we use evidence-based interventions to promote well-being, recovery and rehabilitation. 

Often in Clinic we see individuals experiencing conditions such as;

Executive Dysfunction; often experienced in Schizophrenia, Autism and ADHD.

Reports for schools / employers / DLA / PiP - £225

ADHD Assessments - £900 (including assessments, MDT review, a full report and shared care agreement with the NHS)

Sensory Assesment - £600 (including assessments at home, school and a full report to accompany EHCP's / school / workplace reasonable adjustment)
