Spanning 10 sessions, ADHD coaching includes goal setting, psycho-education, coaching and executive functioning skill building.
Finding ways to manage the challenges and impacts of ADHD on executive functioning can boost well-being, understanding and help to counteract some of the frustrations in daily life that people with ADHD / AuDHD experience.

Your Investment:
Coaching is £750 for 10 sessions (£75 per session).
These are online, individual bi-weekly or weekly sessions- your coaching, your choice.
