Pilates for rehabilitation and recovery can benefit you in tandem with physiotherapy or on its own, to aid recovery, help with function, help manage pain and / or increase mental wellbeing.

One to One Yoga Therapy is prescribed for improving functional movement, supporting daily activities, managing pain, mindfulness and wellbeing. 

In clinic we can incorporate massage and reflexology into treatment plans, including specialist techniques; hand massage to support rehab, reflexology for improving functional outcomes in individual areas or the whole body and massage therapy for specific injury, pain management, relaxation and wellbeing.
